Sales enablement · Intelligence · Go-to-market
We build the machinery that makes teams sell better.
Most sales teams are not short of effort. They are short of leverage, short of evidence, and often aimed at the wrong buyer. We call those three the Lift, the Read and the Route, we work all of them, and three of our answers turned into software you can use today.
What we do
Three jobs that decide whether a deal closes.
They are not separate services with separate teams. Do one of them badly and the other two stop paying off, which is why so many sales stacks look busy and produce nothing. We give each one a short name, because a thing you can say in a sentence is a thing a team will actually argue about.
01
Lift
Sales enablement
Give the team something better than willpower.
Most sales teams are not short of effort, they are short of leverage. We build the layer that carries the offer, the follow-up and the inbox, so a seller spends the day in front of buyers instead of in front of admin.
- The offer as a living document, not a dead PDF
- Follow-up driven by what the buyer did, not by a calendar reminder
- An inbox that arrives sorted
02
Read
Sales intelligence
Know who to call before you pick up the phone.
Signals are everywhere and nobody has time to read them. We turn scattered evidence into a ranked list: who moved, what they did, how warm they are, and what to say when you reach them.
- Company and contact records filled in automatically
- Scoring that puts today's calls at the top
- Reading signals from the offer itself, page by page
03
Route
Go-to-market
Decide who you sell to, then build the machine that does it.
A product with no buyer defined is a hobby. We work the whole route: the customer profile, the people inside the account, the motion that reaches them, the pricing, and the first conversations that prove it works.
- Ideal customer profile and buyer personas, written down
- A sales process built around how the buyer actually buys
- Pricing, packaging and the first deals
Built here
Our products in the field.
Each one covers a point on the line above. Buy one, buy all three, or take the advice and none of the software.
Built and hosted in the EU
Your security review, answered in advance.
European company, European infrastructure, GDPR as an obligation rather than a feature. The machines are ours to administer, and the security page describes each protection precisely enough for a reviewer to check it.

How we work
BIND: the same four moves, every time.
Named so you can repeat it without repeating us, and narrow on purpose. Run it yourself if you like: the whole thing is written down.
01
We start at the buyer
Which companies, who inside them signs, and what that person is doing on the day the tool is supposed to help. Everything after this is an argument with that description.
02
We build the narrow thing
One job, done properly. A tool that tries to cover a whole department ends up covering nobody, so we ship the part that changes your week.
03
We run it ourselves first
Our pipeline, our offers and our inbox go through these products before anyone else is asked to trust them. It is the fastest way to find out what a feature is worth.
04
We hand it to people doing the job
Then it gets used, argued with and corrected. The roadmap comes from that argument, which is why the software keeps its opinions and drops the decoration.
Free, and useful even if you never buy
Send us your sales stack. We will take it apart.
Tell us what you use today and what your last ten deals looked like. You get back a written teardown: where the pipeline leaks, which tool is being paid for twice, and what we would fix first if it were ours. We do this for our own products every month, and one of those is published in full so you can see the shape before you ask for yours.
What comes back
- 01A map of your current stack and what each tool is actually paid to do
- 02The two or three places deals go quiet, with the evidence we used
- 03What we would change first, and what we would leave alone
- 04An honest line on whether our software helps here or not
Five working days · no call required first
What we hold to
Three rules we do not trade away.
- We use our own products first
- Our pipeline runs in CRM Watch, our offers go out through propoSEND, our mail lands in anymail. If something is annoying, we feel it before you do.
- We would rather ship one thing that works
- A tool that covers a whole department usually covers nobody. We build the part that changes your week and leave the rest alone.
- We show it instead of claiming it
- If we cannot put a claim on a screen and let you click through it, it does not go in a deck.
The house
Our core team.
Fifteen people work on Creathink One products. Three of them run the company day to day, across Poland, Portugal and Sweden. We work remote by default, in English, and we get in a room when there is a reason to.

Before you write to us
What teams ask first.
- Do I have to buy all three?
- No. Each product is sold on its own and none of them needs the others to work. Most teams start with the one covering whatever is leaking now, usually the offer or the pipeline.
- We already have a CRM. Is this a rip-and-replace?
- Only if you want it to be. propoSEND and anymail sit next to whatever you use today. CRM Watch replaces the CRM, and that is a bigger decision, so we will tell you when it is not worth it.
- How long before anything changes?
- You will see read-through data on the first offer you send, and a sorted mailbox on day one. Pipeline scoring needs a couple of weeks of your own deals before the ranking is worth trusting.
- Where does our data sit?
- In the EU, on infrastructure we run ourselves. We are a European company building for European buyers, and rather than promise that in a sentence we publish the controls, the sub-processors and what is still on the list, at /trust.
- Can you help beyond the software?
- Yes, and that is often where we start. Customer profile, buying committee, the motion that reaches them, pricing. The products are how we make that work repeat.
